About Asma
This is the honest version — the missed deadlines, the shame spirals, and the exact turning point that became the foundation for everything I now teach.
For years I thought I was failing at basic adulthood — forgotten deadlines, a home that never stayed organized, energy that came in unpredictable bursts. I built my entire identity around "trying harder," and it never worked for long.
Getting diagnosed with ADHD as an adult working mother was a relief and a reckoning at once. Relief, because it finally had a name. Reckoning, because I had to unlearn a lifetime of "just be more disciplined."
Instead of forcing myself into neurotypical productivity advice, I started designing routines, home systems, and content around how my brain actually works. That shift is the entire foundation of what I teach today.
Today I write, create, and coach so that other working mothers don't have to spend 30 years figuring this out alone. My goal is simple: help you feel capable again — in your mind, your body, and your bank account.
Why I focus on working mothers
Most ADHD content is written for someone with unlimited time and no one else depending on them. Mine isn't. Everything I create is built for the reality of working, parenting, and managing a household with an ADHD brain — because that's the life I actually live.
Work with me directlyNot a doctor. Not a therapist. Not offering a cure. I'm a mother who's lived this and built practical systems — sharing what worked, alongside professional support, not instead of it.
